Tabata is a form of interval training that falls under the umbrella of HIIT exercise or high-intensity interval training. It requires you to perform few exercises for a short period of time, but with high intensity which is what makes this an effective form of exercise! First, follow the warm up before starting the activity. Then, when you’re ready, watch the and follow along with the exercises. Perform sets of 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between. The next activity will be demonstrating during your 10 seconds of rest. Go at your own pace or push yourself. Do your best but most importantly, have fun! Remember, if you want a tougher workout you can always repeat the video!
