Student Instructions
1. Tap 
to open the template.
2. On the right hand side, you will see all the pages, open page 2.
3. Tap 
and tick the boxes that you can do. You can also write notes after each statement.
4. When finished, open page 3, 4 and 5 to complete.
5. The last page is a space for any notes, ideas or questions you have.
6. After you have finished ALL the pages, tap 
to submit.
