All About Me - Using Seesaw for the first time

Student Instructions

Greeting parents and new starters. This is your chance to tell me a little bit about yourself. Using Seesaw, you will: Draw pictures, write what you can and get an adult to help you write down your ideas. If you feel brave, you can use the microphone to record your voice or the camera to make a video! Page 1: Use photo to take a selfie and move to resize and move the picture into the first frame. Use photo to take a silly selfie (show me your fun side) and move to resize and move the picture into the first frame. Page 2: Use label to type in your full name. Use drawing to hand write your age and favourite colour. Page 3: Use drawing to draw a picture of yourself. Remember to use lots of colours!!! Page 4: Use drawing to draw a picture of your family. Remember to use lots of colours!!! Page 5-7: Use label to answer the questions. If you want you can record your voice too mic Page 8: If you have any questions, you would like to ask your teacher, use label to type them or use video to record a short video clip. Good luck. This activity can be shared with parents before the children start. Alternatively, it can be completed in small groups when the children start school. The aim is that the parents and children become familiar with some basic Seesaw skills and you the teacher learn a little bit more about your new class.
