Queen waiting quietly Today we are learning our last sound the Q q sound. This is a special sound that likes to have letter U u follow it around. If you have your 'Ants on the Apple' book handy warm up by singing all the songs before you start. Our Q q song goes Queen waiting quietly q q q or Q says q- Q says q- every letter makes a sound and Q says q. Our action today is: put your hands together and make a duck’s beak with hinged hands and say qu qu qu quack. Refer to activity sheet. Please work through the activity sheets provided and record the Qu sound for me to hear. Draw a picture of a Queen asleep under her quilt.
