Yesterday we learned about imperative verbs and the features within an instruction text. Today we are going to take a closer look at time connectives and identify the features within examples of instructions. 1. Read through the power point, pause at the appropriate slides to complete the tasks. 2. Write your description of your morning including time connectives using note on seesaw or in your jotter and take a photo to post on seesaw add: 3. Go onto the activity template and listen to the instructions on the first page. 4. Use the move to drag the features to the appropriate place. Use the pencil or pen to draw arrows to the features you have found. Use the highlighter to highlight particular words such as imperative verbs, adverbs and time connectives. 5.
