https://quickdraw.withgoogle.com Discussion Questions: Some guidance on what to look for in their answers: How does AI know what you are drawing? Guidance: Encourage children to think about how the AI learns from many examples. Possible Answer: The AI knows what you are drawing because it has seen many drawings from others. It learns to recognise patterns and shapes that match particular objects. 2. Were there any drawings that the AI got wrong? Why do you think that happened? Guidance: This question helps children think about the limitations and challenges of AI. Possible Answer: Yes, there were some drawings the AI got wrong. This might have happened because my drawing was unclear or the AI hadn't yet seen enough examples of that object. 3. How could AI's ability to recognise objects be useful? Guidance: Encourage children to think about real-world applications of AI. Possible Answer: AI's ability to recognise objects can be helpful in many ways. For example, it can help robots understand their surroundings, help people find pictures of things they are looking for, or even help self-driving cars know what is on the road. These questions should spark exciting discussions and help children understand how AI works and its potential uses.
