Comparing Unit Fractions part 2

Grades: 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade
Subjects: Math

Student Instructions

Play the audio button for directions. There are two "big-box" sets of fractions on each page; each page gives you the same fraction circles. You have two duplicates stacked onto each fraction circle, each comparison phrase, and each comparison symbol- plenty for you to move drag and drop different responses for each page. Use the move drag and drop tool to move the correct words and symbol to match each fraction set you're comparing. Then use the label typing tool or neatly use the pen pencil writing tools to identify your fractions in the blue dotted line boxes. Finally, check that your thinking makes sense by reading each "big box" set from left to right, just like a sentence. Tip: you should come up with at least *seven* different correct ways to compare the various fraction circles I've given you, but there could be more! Pro tip: if you need more space for your thinking and have more ways to compare these fractions, tap the 3dots on the pages pane pages on the right to duplicate addpage and add another page. Click draft for more time, or tap check to share with your teacher and family.
