Mindful Recess: Wiggles Body Scan

Take a few minutes to breathe, notice your body and feelings, and relax with this Wiggles Body Scan. Body scans can help you sleep better, relieve anxiety and stress, and increase your self-compassion. How does your body feel in this very moment? Lets get curious! You are welcome to draw, write color whatever comes to mind and if nothing comes to mind that is okay too. We are just noticing how our body feels today. 1. Tap add to start the activity. 2. Click link and follow along with Mary for a Wiggles Body Scan. 3. Then, use the drawing or pen tools to draw a picture of your whole body. 4. Thinking of your body as a container of your feelings, draw what's happening in your body - it can be a feeling, a color, a design, words, an experience - anything at all! Get creative, there is no wrong way to do this, we are just noticing how our body feels right now. 5. Go to the second page and use label or mic to share about the picture you've made and how you feel right now. 6. When you feel complete, click check to add to seesaw.
