                    Take a few minutes to breathe, notice your body and feelings, and relax with this Wiggles Body Scan. Body scans can help you sleep better, relieve anxiety and stress, and increase your self-compassion.
How does your body feel in this very moment?  Lets get curious! You are welcome to draw, write color whatever comes to mind and if nothing comes to mind that is okay too. We are just noticing how our body feels today.

A body scan is moving your awareness throughout the entire body noticing what sensations are present. The benefits of body scans are improved sleep, anxiety and stress relief, greater self-awareness, increased self-compassion, reduced pain, and even reduced cravings. [As of 10.22.20]
