Mindful Recess: Wiggles Body Scan

Take a few minutes to breathe, notice your body and feelings, and relax with this Wiggles Body Scan. Body scans can help you sleep better, relieve anxiety and stress, and increase your self-compassion. How does your body feel in this very moment? Lets get curious! You are welcome to draw, write color whatever comes to mind and if nothing comes to mind that is okay too. We are just noticing how our body feels today. 1. Tap to start the activity. 2. Thinking of your body as a container of your feelings, draw what's happening in your body - it can be a feeling, a color, a design, words, an experience - anything at all!
