PHYSICAL EDUCATION - PREP - YEAR 1 & YEAR 2 Remote learning grid - Week 1

1. Choose one activity this week from this P.E. Grid. 2. You can choose to do the same activity more than once. 3. The activities in pink will ask you for a password - moovosity. 4. It is ok to do other physical activities that are not on the grid, examples being riding your bike or scooter, going on a bushwalk or a run. 5. Please encourage your child to participate in at least 30 minutes of moderate to physical activity each day. 6. Add a and use the to record yourself explaining your favourite activity by Friday.
