Student Instructions

In this activity you will learn the history of "Cinco de Mayo" and how it is celebrated today. 1) On pages page 2 take moment to use the video or mic tool to share what you already know about Cinco de Mayo. 2) Then on pages page 3 watch the πŸŽžπŸ“½ video about why Cinco de Mayo is an important historical event. 3) The movie πŸ“½πŸŽž has some great and new vocabulary. On pages page 4 choose one word that is new to you and use the move tool to move the word to the area that says: The word:___________. 4) Then use any tool you have to look up what the word you chose means. After that use any of the Seesaw tools (pen, pencil, mic, video or label) to share with me what the word means. (You can draw a picture, use words, or record a video telling me what it means). 5) On pages five use the video tool to record yourself sharing what you learned about Cinco de Mayo.
