Getting to know your classroom community is a fun part of each school year. How well do you know your classroom community? Steps: 1. Fold a piece of lined paper in half. 2. On the left side of the paper, list as many classmates’ names as you can remember. 3. On the right side of the paper, write anything you know or remember about each classmate. 4. Circle the names of three classmates that you don’t know much about. Your mission for next week is to listen and observe those three classmates to learn more about them and add to your chart. Another thing to consider- are you missing anyone? Add the names of any missing classmates to your list next week.Try to learn different things about those classmates too!
