1. Tap 
to get started. Find your name and tap it.
2. Use the 
tool to draw a picture or write about what fills your heart with happiness. Tap the green 
to save your drawing.
3. Tap the 
tool and record your voice talking about what fills your heart with happiness.
4. Tap the green twice to save to your journal.
Optional: Students could be allowed to add emojis to the heart to symbolize what fills their heart with happiness.
