Reading the same passage multiple times helps you grow as a reader! 1. Tap the add button. 2. Take a picture of a page in your book. 3. Tap the mic to record yourself reading. 4. Tap on page 2. 5. Circle the emoji that shows how you felt reading today. 6: Tap caption. 7. 🗣 Tell one thing you did well and one thing you want to do better next time. 6. Tap the check to add to your journal.

Repeated reading builds fluency, oral language, and reading comprehension. Students can practice reading the same passage multiple times to increase overall reading ability. Suggested scaffolds for ELLs: -Assign appropriate texts based on independent reading and English proficiency levels -Pre-teach vocabulary and background knowledge -Include a recording of you reading the passage as an example, so students can refer to it if they get stuck.
