Identifying and Describing Changes

1: Read the Change Scenario on each page. 2: Tap to identify the type of change. 3: Tap to create a diagram of the change. Include a representation of how the change occurs and be certain to use to label parts of your diagram. 4: Tap to explain the change. Hint: An 'extending' level answer would include all relevant information about states of matter, properties of matter (chemical and physical) and properites of changes (whether a change is reversible, whether new substances have been created etc.)
