Overview: Gain understanding of how you feel during a new situation and strategies to help during these situations. Suggestions for further practice: Have students share with the class, one time they were put in an unfamiliar situation. Have the students give advice to the student on ways/strategies that could have helped ease their feelings about the new situation.
