Grab a watch and time yourself running a certain distance, such two laps of your backyard. Post that time so that you can practise and get better. 2. Copy the stretches the girl in the photo is doing. 3. Hop on one leg for 30 seconds. Switch to the other leg for 30 seconds. Repeat until you are tired. 4. Find a small object (a tennis ball is perfect) and practise throwing it in the air with one hand and catching it with the other. Then throw it with that hand and catch it with the other. 5. Put a book on your head and see how long you can balance it there. Walk around! Sit down! Experiment!
