Oxygenate Your Day!

Your brain and body need oxygen to function at peak performance. You can set yourself up for success by focusing on breathing and relaxing. Breathing is one way to do this. 1. Get your earphones or be in a space that is private enough to hear well without interruption. 2. Choose a space that supports your focus. 3. Choose company that supports your focus, which might mean you choose to be alone. 4. Open and follow the video, Classroom Meditation, with Adriene and Benji (Yoga with Adriene) 5. Notice how you are thinking and feeling. 6. Tell us how you feel about this if you are comfortable in a video or recording. Enjoy!
