Student Instructions

Tap link to listen to Down By the Bay. Tap add Think about rhyming words. On each page choose the two rhyming pictures to complete the verse. Tap mic and record yourself singing the verse on each page. On the last page create your own rhyming verse to Down by the Bay. Tap label to type, photo to take a picture or pen to draw. It is your choice which tool you use. Don't use any of the rhymes you already heard today. Tap mic to record yourself singing or tap video to act out your rhyme. It's your choice! Tap check to add the work to your journal.

Teacher Notes (not visible to students)

Students identify the two rhyming pictures on pages 1-5. Each page is more challenging, as there are more pictures to choose from on each new page. On the final page students may use any tool to create a new verse for Down by the Bay. Learning Goals: I can identify rhyming pictures. I can create my own verse using rhyming words.
