Take some time away from the screen (you've been working hard enough this week whilst on it!) and pick an acitivty which you can complete away from your tablet or computer!
Select an activity from the choice board in the examples.
Complete or practise activity away from your 🖥️
How you document and share your work is up to you, you can:
Document this on paper using pencils or pens, taking a 
Take a journal whilst you are completing your choice and 
Share your activity choices using or record a 
of yourself performing.
It’s up to you how to record your response, just use 
to share it!
Once finished, select 
to upload to 
class journal.
