View the video explaining chance. For today's activity, we are going to use items of clothing to help you to understand the term 'outcomes' when talking about chance. Choose 5 items of clothing from your wardrobe: 3 tops and 2 shorts/skirts/pants Lay out the clothes you have chosen. How can you work out how many possibly combinations there are. e.g red top with blue shorts, then red top with black shorts etc. You can take photos or draw pictures to show all possible combinations. Write down what strategy that you used. Your answers are the 'OUTCOMES' of the chance experiment. How many different outcomes did you find?
