Today, we are going to be setting one specific goal for our remote learning. Instructions 1. Watch the video link before you begin. 2. Listen to the explanation on each page to learn about goals, motivation, effort, persistence, accomplishment. 3. Set a goal for remote learning - something you would like to persist with to get better at. 4. Research a famous individual and explain how they used goals, motivation, effort, persistence, accomplishment. 5. Finally, click the links to explore mindfulness practices that can help you calm down or relax.
