Today, we are going to be setting one specific goal for our remote learning. Instructions 1. Watch the video link before you begin. 2. Set a goal for remote learning - something you would like to persist with to get better at. 4. Research a famous individual and explain how they used goals, motivation, effort, persistence, accomplishment. 5. Finally, click the links to explore mindfulness practices that can help you calm down or relax. check
