Grades: Kindergarten, 1st Grade, Pre-K

Student Instructions

Directions: Your goal is to create different designs using 4 isosceles triangles. You can can move and twist the triangles in any direction you want to create your design, but there are some rules you must follow: - Rule 1: You must use all 4 triangles. - Rule 2: There can be no gaps or overlaps between triangles. - Rule 3: Each triangle must be touching at least one other triangle. - Rule 4: Triangles must be touching along sides that are the same length (so short sides touching short sides and long sides touching long sides). You have 6 pages ready for you to create your designs. If you would like to create more, you can - just duplicate the last page. When you are finished, tap the check to submit your work. Be sure to watch the example before you start!
