When we need to solve a problem or handle a big feeling, we have to remember who our Best Self is. Our Best Self is the person we want to be. It's the person we want other people to see. Our Best Self is the person that our family, friends, and teachers are proud of. They would probably use words like brave, kind, funny, and hard working to talk about our Best Self. Our favorite characters have a Best Self too! Pick a character you like and pick some Best Self words that go along with that character. Can you remember a time he or she used those Best Self parts to handle a problem or a big feeling? Tell about it using your voice, writing, or drawing.
