Teachers, save “Properties of Matter Project” to assign it to your class.

In our science lessons we studied about the Properties of Matter. (A property of matter is anything you can observe about matter using your five senses. Some properties of matter are texture, color, size, hardness, and shape.) Project: 1. First, you will decorate your alien. The idea is to give your alien different colors, textures, and shapes and be creative. You can use or or or to create your alien. 2. Now, you will describe your alien using different properties of matter. On the paper attached, you will write a paragraph that describes at least four properties of matter. Do this on the second page!
