Decide who will be the athlete and the coach first. The coach calls out sight words for the athlete to spell with a movement for every letter. The athlete puts their hands up for tall letters, hands to the side for short letters, and put their hands down in a plie for letters that have tails. The coach records the athlete spelling the word, and then switches jobs.
