Student Instructions

Today we will be making a skeleton craft! Skeletons are made of all the bones in your body! We will be making them from cotton buds! You will need: *black paper *cotton buds *glue *scissors INSTRUCTIONS: *Look at the template picture attached and discuss with your child what body parts the skeleton shows. Eg, head, arms, legs etc. *Ask your child to set out the cotton buds like a skeleton, cutting the cotton buds where necessary. Minimal help please 😊 *Glue the cotton buds down and wait for it to dry. *Don't forget to upload a picture to share your work with us, we love to see what you have made! 🦴 Extension activity... 1) If you have pasta in the house you can do a similar picture with pasta as the bones instead of cotton buds! 2) If you have a printer at home you can print the cut and stick activity and complete it on a separate page, this is a great activity for the development of your child's fine motor skills! *Don't forget to share any extra activities you do with us 😊 Learning outcomes: *Fine motor skills *Naming body parts *Using scissors *Following instructions *WAU
