We are all new to this distance learning at our school. Take this opportunity to set your schedule so that you are learning as much as you can today. Tomorrow you will adjust to make it even better, but let's get started. You will need brain breaks, but not too many. You will need move around time, but not too much. You will need a time to nourish your body with healthy food and water. Everything in moderation, and with cooperation. Remember to pause, breathe and smile--Patience will serve us and the people around us well. I will make an example of a fun schedule you can borrow from me, or do something different.
