It's time to help Batman take on the villains of Gotham City! Train along with The Dark Knight himself and get yourselves crime fighting ready! You have 30secs work and 10secs rest. Perform these 5 exercises 4 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds. Your Exercises :- BAT BLASTS - 30sec BANE STRIKES - 30secs DENT KICKS - 30secs BANE STRIKES - 30secs JOKER SLAMS - 30secs Watch the video and copy the moves. Keep up with speed, or pick your own pace and challenge yourself. Get up, get moving and have fun!
