A Day With Yayah (GRA18 week 4)

Young Nikki from the story learns all about important plants that grow in the wilds of the Nicola Valley in British Columbia, Canada. 💡FIRST CHOOSE: Choose whether to focus on plants from the story OR plants native to where you live. 1. Tap add to get started. Find your name and tap it. 2. Choose the drawing tool and add plants to the scene. Plants can be flowers, bushes, or trees. You can even add something in the sky part of the scene. Tap the green check to save the drawing part of your work. 3. Optional: use the label tool to title your drawing. 4. Use the mic tool to record your voice naming the plants shown in your drawing. If you have drawn plants from the book, you might want to try to pronounce 1 or 2 of the plants in the language of the author Nicola Campbell. 5. Tap the green check twice to save to your journal.
