Grades: 1st Grade, 2nd Grade
Subjects: Math

Student Instructions

1. label Type your first name using ALL capital letters inside the green box. Do not change the font style! 2. Which letters have a line of symmetry? 3dots Duplicate the blue line and move drag it through the middle of each letter. Rotate the line to try different directions... from top to bottom or from left to right. If you see a mirror image - the same size and shape on each half of the letter - you've found a line of symmetry! 3. mic Count all the lines of symmetry you've found in your name. Tell us how you know which letters have one or more lines of symmetry. Bonus: Have more time? Tap the 3dots on the pages pane to the right to duplicate page 1 and use it for your last name.
