Student Instructions
1. Use , tap on the unit, ten rod or 100 block located on the right side. 2. When to move dots appear around your item, choose :duplicate: and then move the copy into the proper category 3. Use the tool to record the number shown. Challenge: Use to write the total in each category (see example). 4. Move to page 2 and write the matching equation -- start with the total from the day before ... 5. Each day update this chart by going to your Daily Calendar Folder, selecting and Edit Item. 6. Select to add this to your journal.
This one part of several daily calendar activities. Tip: Create a Daily Calendar Activity Folder. When you SHARE this activity with your STUDENT's make sure you tag the Daily Calendar Activity Folder so this activity will automatically appear in each child's journal and in that folder. Each day the children can then go to that folder to find this set of activities rather than having to scroll through their feed each day (which is a hassle toward the end of the month).
