1. Take a look at the critical elements of the hop and jump pattern attached in the instructions. 2. Select two different places at home or outside if possible for doing your performance videos. 3. Click in then take two short videos in your two different places, performing 5 times the hop and vertical and horizontal jump patterns. 4. You can take the video directly in the slide clicking in then or if you want. 5. Observe your video and fill out the feedback form, I will give you an example. 6. Have fun and use the feedback to improve, you could need more than one try.
