Instructions for Pupils

Emotions are like animals, some are gentle, other fierce and hard to tame. Inside this activity we take a look at an emotion we all feel. The idea is to create an Emotions Diary to reflect and record our emotions, using animals, colours and drawings. 1. Tap add to start. 2. If boredom was an animal it would have jellied skin and a deadening sting. Sometimes boredom is just a clue that shows us what we do no't like doing and what we would rather do. 3. mic Record yourself saying how we can accept and let this emotion go. 4. Tap check to submit.
