Mindful Recess: Warming Winter Yoga

1. Warm-up your day and click the link to practice Warming Winter Yoga with Marianne! 2. Then, using the drawing or label tools, complete the mindful journal questions. 3. After your mindful recess, click add and either upload upload a picture photo of you doing your favorite pose from the video or use the drawing drawing tool to draw yourself in your favorite pose. 4. Click check when you're done to submit! Whenever you need a break, take a few minutes to warm your heart or someone else's with this warm winter practice!
