What does it mean to be grateful? Think of things in your everyday life that bring you joy and make you happy Today you'll watch a video and learn how to make a Gratitude Journal Each day this week we'll add one more thing to our journal At the end of the week, take a picture of your journal and record yourself reading it If you enjoyed doing this each day at school, ask your family if you can keep a journal at home Have a gratitude attitude!
