Student Instructions

Onomatopoeia are words that copy sounds so that when we say these words they make poems and stories come alive and appear more interesting. BOOM! CRASH! POP! These are all examples of onomatopoeia. 1. Read through the poem 'The Noisy House' by Stephanie Mulrooney. 2. Use the seesaw drawing tool to find all the onomatopoeia words. 3. Use the mic to record yourself reading the poem, making sure you add expression when you come to an onomatopoeia word. 4. addpage and think of any other words like this that are not included in the poem. If you need help you can also watch the video. 5. upload to your seesaw journal.
