I got the idea for this activity from one that Mrs. Kimberly Robertson did on subtraction. I added the video of the song for my students who might not know the song. I also added a video lesson to show the action of subtraction. Pre-K Guidelines V.B.2 The child uses concrete models or makes a verbal word problem for subtracting 0-5 objects from a set.
