Over the course of the week you will learning about Still Life as art. There are multiple steps so DON"T WAIT TILL FRIDAY to DO IT ALL. Day 1: Read the Article from My Modern Met page 1 and 2. https://mymodernmet.com/still-life-drawing-ideas/ Day 2: Choose a few objects that you will include in a still life arrangement at your home. Arrange the objects and then take a photo of them and post them in the activity. Provide a comment or recording about the location and placement of the different objects.(page 2 of the article has good suggestions for still life objects). Leave the still life set up to observe through friday OR take several photos to refer to. (post photo to the first page of the template) Day 3-5: for 20 minutes each day draw on real paper the still life you arranged in your home. Pay attention to the size and spacing of the objects. Try to add shadow and highlights or color if you have time. Share your best work. Post the finished drawing (second page of template)
