WALT: Work out subtraction problems by making jumps back on the numberline.

Wednesday 10:30am Maths WALT: Work out subtraction problems by making jumps on the numberline Listen to the instructions on each slide carefully. Have a go at the activity using the numberline you brought home from school on the last day or the one you made yesterday. Remember: 1. The first (bigger) number tells you where to start. 2. The second (smaller) number tells you how many jumps to make. 3. Make sure you count backwards so the number gets smaller. 4. Make sure you start counting from the number before. 5. Make sure you touch the head of each of the numbers as you jump. Have fun :) Remember- don't spend too long on the task and take a break when you need to :)
