Good morning Reception, One of the choices for your Math's activity is to build 3D shapes from their net. The net is what the 3D shape would look like if it were unfolded. The net has all of the 2D shapes that you find on the faces of 3D shapes. You can print the nets or ask an adult to draw them for you. Then you can cut around the lines carefully and stick them together. If you have thick paper or cardboard that works best. You can do it with paper though. When you have made the shapes you can build them, stack them, slide them or do whatever you like. Remember: If you want to decorate your 3D shape, it is better to do it when you paper is flat before you build it. Have fun building!
