⭐Summary: On the first two pages students will sort the pictures between producers and consumers. On the third page students will match the producer to the consumer. Finally, on the last page, students will use the screen record tool and will put the pictures in order to show the sequence of events when something is produced to the time it's consumed. You can have the students emphasize the order using first, next, then and last or use ordinal counting first, second, third and fourth. If your students aren't quite ready for either of those styles of sequencing, simply have them put the pictures in order and talk about what's happening in the pictures. The goal is to get them speaking. 😊 🔑 Key vocabulary: producer, consumer, buy, sell, use, make ⭐This is a supplemental activity that can be used in conjunction with your district curriculum. ⭐This activity is best used whole group on an interactive board where students come up and manipulate the objects in the activity or on individual devices in focused small groups (especially for the screen recording activity).
