What is kinetic and potential energy? Why do we want to know about these 2 energies? Have you ever wondered why an elastic band stretches as it is pulled and when released, goes back to its original shape? What about when you are sitting at your desk, and then you stand up to sharpen your pencil? Let's discover these two energies and why they are important.
