Teacher Notes (not visible to students)
This activity allows students to demonstrate their knowledge of a range of subtraction strategies. There are different levels whereby students are given a choice to select a problem at a level which they find will give them the most challenge. Other ways in which this activity can be used - the teacher may wish for students to solve one question using the three different strategies or use the same strategy for all questions.
