Lewis Dot practice

Be sure to complete all 10 elements! On the right side of the activity you'll see different pages. Make sure all of them are done before clicking the green check mark to submit- you don't turn in after each page. 1) Find the element's group (column) on the periodic table to find the number of valence electrons it has 2) Draw the dots to represent the valence electrons. Start on the right and go clockwise around. 3) For the molecules that are sharing electrons using bonds, draw the line to show they are shared. Be sure to include the rest of the dots too!
