Food Chain- Featuring YOU!

Grades: 4th Grade, 3rd Grade, 5th Grade
Subjects: Science

Student Instructions

Food chains describe the order in which biotic factors, or living things, depend on each other for food. Let's create a food chain based on your favorite entrée! 🤤 1️⃣ Take a photo of yourself "eating" your favorite meal. 2️⃣ Insert a cameraroll of your favorite meal and label the main animal it comes from. (Example: a burger would be labeled, "cow"). 3️⃣ Finish this activity by continuing the main animal's food chain all the way down to the producer! You may use cameraroll or drawing to do so. Each biotic factor on the chain must have a label . 4️⃣ Once you have finished, go through your chain and place ⬆ ⬇'s to show the flow of the food chain. BONUS: mic yourself teaching me the importance of producers and consumers in an environment.
