Yesterday we discussed the Five Healthy Habits we can use to make our bodies strong. We used the word "nutritious" to describe foods that will fuel our bodies and brains. Today you will make your own nutritious plate for dinner! 1. add the activity to your journal 2. drawing or label emojis of healthy food options that fall under each category of food 3. Describe your plate using rec and why you selected your options for your plate.
