MLS: Strand 1.1.B.4th b and d b. Observe and describe how mixtures are made by combining solids or liquids, or a combination of these d. Describe ways to separate the component in a mixture/solution by their properties (sorting, filtration, magnets, screening, etc.) Materials dried beans, dried noodles, small screen squares, paper cups, rice, candy, small things to add to a bowl to make a mixture, magnets, etc. Directions: Follow the directions on the template. Take pictures and place them on the template. Post on SeeSaw when finished.
