New Activity: Make your own Fitness Obstacle Course I want you to be creative! Think about what you can use in your house, or outside. I’ll give some examples and then I want you to make it your own creation. I’d love it if you could take a picture or video what you have done and send it back to me so I can see it in action. If you have sibling or family members who want to join the fun that would be fantastic! Example (indoor) 1. Jump over a pillow 2. Do 4 jumping jacks 3. Crawl under the kitchen table 4. Do 3 push ups 5. Run up and down the stairs 2 times 6. Toss a rolled-up sock into the laundry basket Example (outdoor) 1. Dribble a ball 10 times 2. Shoot a basket 3. Run down the driveway or across the yard 4. Do 20 line jumpers 5. Ride a bike or scooter (don’t forget your helmet) 6. Hop scotch How many times can you complete the course in 1 minute?
