FOR THE FIRST SLIDE: Answer the question and investigate what shapes makes up this Tiki and how many of each shape there are? For example: Hexagons - 23 Circles - 18 ..... and so on. FOR THE SECOND SLIDE: click on this link https://mathigon.org/polypad and create a 'Kiwiana' picture using any shapes available. It could be the Sky Tower, Rangitoto, your own Tiki, or a scene from a good old fashion BBQ..... Be creative... the world is your Tio! (You may want to search what 'tio' means in Te Reo) Screenshot your creation and paste it in the second slide. THIRD SLIDE: Reflection. What was hard / easy / fun about this task? Any tricks to help you count the shapes? Any shapes you were unsure of? What inspired your Kiwiana picture? Have fun!
