First enjoy listening to The Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_XvnXWJEnk Then with an adult discuss the following: There are lots of interesting words in the story (e.g. brazen, ingenious, consolingly). Can you find any words that you don't know and find out what they mean? This can be completed in your jotter using the heading: The Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch and/or use the microphone tool to explain the definition of each word (a minimum of three) After that choose a minimum of two activities to complete from the attached grid. These activities can be either completed in your jotter and/or using the drawing tool. After you are finished, please upload a picture of your finish work Extension: watch the following clip Lighthouse Days https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iyRtZzTb_y0 Then use the lighthouse tour video to describe the inside and outside of a lighthouse, as well as the amazing views from the top. This can be completed in your jotter by drawing a picture of the lighthouse and views and then labelling the diagram to describe what you saw
